French Toast:
Hong Kong–style French toast (Chinese: 西多士) is made by deep-frying sliced bread dipped in beaten egg, served with butter, and topped with golden syrup or sometimes honey. It is frequently made as a sandwich, with a sweet filling, i.e. peanut butter.

'Pineapple' bun:
The perfect accessory to milk tea, especially if you have it with butter. In fact, the pineapple bun doesn't go anywhere near the actual fruit. The baked pastry takes its name from its vague resemblance to a pineapple. In essence, it is a bun firm on the outside, soft on the inside and topped with crunchy, sugary pastry.

Toast:
This includes toast with condensed milk and butter/peanut butter, toast with jam and butter, toast with butter in a sliced form.

Sandwich:
Sandwiches found in "Tea Restaurant" usually include egg, ham, lunchon meat, corned beef or a mixture of any as a filling. Club Sandwiches are the combination of all which we called "the lots".

Other Hong Kong-style rolls:
Satay beef buns, Pork chop rolls.
